What if you're a first-time HAB customer?
First time orders are sold
strictly on a net cash basis, that is payment specifically by cheque or by
telegraphic transfer in advance of release of product to your nominated carrier.
What quality control procedures do HAB follow?
All export shipments
are subject to approval of pre-shipment samples, following the arrival
of the bags in Melbourne a sample is drawn from a cross section of each
type and then roasted to an espresso style and cupped to ensure compliance
to our buyers requirements. HAB have a combined 65 years of cupping and
market experience which ensures that we can stand behind every sale we
make. Every bag is sold and shipped to your complete satisfaction.
Can HAB offer a F.I.S service to its customers?
Traditionally, HAB have
delivered F.I.S. Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney metropolitan area - if customers
are located in either Brisbane or Perth we release the bags ex. our store
in Melbourne to your nominated carrier.
